Leadership is Barry's passion.

Over many years he has observed and experienced at first hand how little of peoples' potential is unlocked at work. He constantly meets people who are unfulfilled at work, whose minds are not being stretched, and who have far more talent, ability and creativity than their current roles allow.

He finds people who are not treated with respect, whose ideas are not listened to and whose achievements are not recognised.

Highly effective leaders, at all levels in organisations, can unlock that potential. Barry set up his business primarily to play his small part in inspiring and enabling those leaders to transform the world of work.

Discovery Leadership is the platform from which Barry seeks to play his part. He engages leaders of teams and organisations at a variety of levels, through training, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, conference presentations and leadership groups and workshops.
